Three phases. No surprises. Clean exit at every gate.
Every RadiantCore engagement runs the same shape — the same Phase 0 → 1 → 2 → 3 cadence whether we're deploying the Radiant Core assistant, configuring the platform for a vertical workflow, or building something net-new with a partner.
- Phase 0 · KickoffA 30-minute conversation, then a scope document.
We start with a conversation about what your team currently does — how an estimator finds bids, how a pilot prepares a flight, how a knowledge worker keeps track of decisions. From that, we draft a scope document that names the configuration and the deliverables. You review it. We adjust. Once it's right, we send the engagement letter for an attorney's review on each side.
Output: a scope document and an engagement letter, both written plainly, both reviewed by your counsel before signature. - Phase 1 · Free prototype · Week 1A working demonstration against your real data — at no cost.
We configure the platform against three of your highest-priority data sources, build a first profile from the kickoff conversation, and run it against your real workflow for a week. Friday afternoon, we walk through what the tool actually surfaced — the real bids it would have flagged, the real meeting it would have summarized, the real procedure it would have briefed. You see the value before you commit.
Output: a live prototype demo with real-data results. No charge. Either side can walk. - Phase 2 · Beta · Weeks 2–7Full configured deployment, milestone-paid.
Every source brought online. Every territory profiled. Dashboard, daily digest, tuning interface. Polish, error handling, monitoring, runbooks, and operational handover. Thirty days of post-launch support included. Fixed-fee, paid in milestones tied to acceptance — signing, prototype acceptance, beta midpoint, beta acceptance.
Output: your business running on a configured deployment, daily. - Phase 3 · Operations · Forever afterWe host, monitor, maintain, and improve.
Source adapters break when portals change; we fix them. Models get better; we upgrade. New features ship for everyone. Pricing is operating cost plus a reasonable margin, set after the beta data tells us what your deployment actually takes to run. You can leave at any time with your data; we'd rather earn your renewal every year.
Output: a tool that keeps working, by people who actually built it.
What we will not do.
Our deliverable is working software, not a timesheet. Phase 1 is free. Phase 2 is fixed-fee. Phase 3 is operating cost. There is no hour-by-hour billing in the model.
Your data lives on hardware we own and physically possess in St George. The only egress is the per-record API call to a model provider during scoring, only with your authorization, and never your aggregated dataset.
You get a clean export of every record, profile, and configuration in standard formats whenever you ask. The platform stays our IP; everything that's yours leaves with you.
Phase 1 exists for the same reason a contractor takes you to a finished site before you sign a build contract. If the demo doesn't earn your confidence, we don't earn the engagement. That's the deal.
