One platform. Configured per business. Operated by us.
The RadiantCore platform is the engine underneath every product we ship. We built it; we operate it; you license your configured instance for as long as we run it for you.
What we own. What you own.
- The platform codebase and scoring engine
- The source-adapter framework
- Hardware, deployment tooling, monitoring, runbooks
- Generally-applicable improvements built during your engagement
That asymmetry is the whole reason this works: we keep improving one platform across every customer instead of rebuilding from scratch each time.
- Every record we ingest on your behalf
- Your sweet-spot profiles, configurations, parameters
- Scoring history, opportunity records, analytics
- Customer-specific adapters that have no application beyond your business
We never aggregate your data with another customer's. We never sell it, train on it, or share it. If you leave, you leave with it — clean export in standard formats.
How a configured deployment runs.
- 01We configure the platform to your business
Sources, profiles, territories, sweet-spot definitions, integrations. The platform already knows how to do its job; we tell it what your job is. Configuration lives in version-controlled artifacts we maintain on your behalf.
- 02Your instance runs on our hardware in St George, Utah
Real GPUs we own, real Postgres, real audit trails. Your data is on iron we physically possess and operate. The only data that ever leaves the box is per-record API calls to a model provider during scoring — and that's the individual record being scored, not your bulk data, not aggregated.
- 03We monitor, maintain, and improve
Source adapters break when portals change; we fix them. Models get better; we upgrade. Your sweet spots evolve; we re-score. You get the daily-driver tool; we keep it running. Ongoing operations are billed under a separate agreement set after the beta tells us what your deployment actually costs to run.
- 04If you leave, you leave with everything
Standard-format export of every profile, configuration, record, and scoring history within fifteen business days. No lock-in by stale-data. The platform stays ours; everything that's yours, leaves with you.
Why this shape works.
Most AI work today comes in three shapes. Consultants who bill by the hour and leave you with a binder. SaaS vendors who lock you into their cloud and won't let your data out. Source-code dumps you have to maintain forever after they've moved on.
Configured deployment is none of those. We keep one platform sharp across every customer. You get a working tool today and the people who built it on call. Your data never crosses a boundary you didn't authorize. The economics line up: we have to keep you working to keep the relationship; you have a clean exit if we don't.
